Where is my order?
Occasionally deliveries can get held up in the post service. Depending which delivery option you chose, your parcel should be with you no later then 7 working days. If your order surpasses this, then please contact us at email@example.com so that we can help resolve this issue.
How can I exchange products?
Please return your unwanted goods for a full refund as per our return and refund policy. Then place a new order on our website for the goods that you would like in exchange.
How much will delivery cost/how long will it take?
All our beautifully wrapped packages are deliver to you by Royal Mail.
Standard: 3 - 6 working days to arrive after despatch and costs £2.95.
Express delivery: 1 -3 working days to arrive after despatch and costs £3.95
Exceptions to delivery costs
On the rare occasion where your package is larger then normal, additional shipping costs may be needed. However, if this is the case, one of our friendly team members will contact you and talk you through your options.
At present, we are only able to deliver to mainland Uk and all orders should arrive within 7 days of leaving us. However, there may be some delays to remote areas.
